[NFBMT] Bill before the 2017 Montana legislature, regarding service animals

The information on that page provided by the link says the bill passed the
3rd reading in the House on February 23. 
That was the session that I happened to have heard when watching the PBS
Legislative channel .
That means it is then transmitted to the Senate. I do not know its status
there. Or if it has a different bill number.
