What machine was brought in for the Seniors? Was it one the blind could use?
Denying someone their right to vote for whatever reason is against the law.

AND BALLOT FORM

A machine is brought in for the seniors where the blind have to ask for help
they didn't want to bring in anything where the blind could vote on their
own.
This is what a friend shared with me in the building they live in.
They don't want to cause trouble.
