I agree.  I could see there might have been a reason for this in World War
II, but a lot of cities are busy around the clock anyway and I think we
should leave it one way or the other.  Joy

Marjorie is right.  When I grew up on the dairy farm, in the winter it was
always dark when I got up to do chores and it was always dark when I did
chores in the evening.  We were very thankful for the lights we had out and
around the farm yard.
	I'd prefer to leave things alone and if a person wanted more light in
the daytime, just change their habits, rather than making everyone else
change theirs,.
