[NFBMT] no NFB Newsline

Enjoy it while you have it.

We tried to sign up on the web and it recognizes our user codes and password,
but it won't let us choose any options.  It says:  Welcome to NFB Newsline
for Montana. Please call 866-504-7300 for assistance. Funding support for NFB
NEWSLINE is no longer available in Montana.
