Yes, NFB Newsline includes a job search feature that I've personally used to
find work opportunities. Also, staying informed is part of staying employed
in many jobs, and NFB Newsline certainly delivers on staying informed.

Another aspect that bugs me is that the disability world says nothing about
us without us. We told Montana state government what's important to us, and
they turned their backs on us. That's simply unacceptable. NFB Newsline
costs very little relative to the budget of state government. Montana can
afford NFB Newsline easily., and it's not right that Sheila Hogan used the
budget card to cut such a vital service. She also blamed federal rules in
her decision when no federal rules compelled the cut. Cutting NFB Newsline
was a choice, and it's a terrible choice that hurts a lot of people. Sadly,
budgets matter more than people do in Montana. This is often true for both
Democrats and Republicans. If we are not holding our state leaders
accountable, we will end up with nothing. We have to turn this around by
insisting on restoring NFB Newsline funding.

I still would challenge how many students are getting jobs per year.
That would mean challenging how the services are doing their jobs.
I should say vocational services are doing their jobs.
Even news line can help out with that.
Jobs that is.
