[NFBMT] Your Voting Rights and Responsibilities

Beth Brenneman from Disability Rights Montana asked me to distribute the six
attached voting guidance documents for Montana voters with disabilities.  

I've read through the materials, and they provide good advice.  

For example, did you know that Governor Bullock decided to let county
election officials choose how they will conduct the primary election?
Almost all will apply voting by mail.  For blind voters, this means either
getting someone else to read and scribe your ballot, to use the online
voting method provided by the Secretary of State, or to go to your county
election office to use a voting machine.  

Additionally, if you have not registered to vote, then please do so now to
vote in the upcoming election.  I understand that mail ballots are sending
today.
