FYI, this is extremely short notice, but Vocational Rehabilitation and Blind
Services is holding their public hearing on their state plans today.  See
attached flyer.  I could not see when the meetings begin, so I asked Beverly
for that info, and I will pass to this list.  If you can see the time,
please share by replying to this e-mail.  If you can attend, please do and
