Greetings fellow Federationists!
If this is a pleasant sound in your ears, well, GOOD!
I sure do hope it is now, and that it will be, for a very long time to come!
This email is normally your NOTICE of the NEXT telephone conference call for
the At-Large Treasure State chapter of the National Federation of the Blind
of Montana.
And the news is late breaking. No meeting tonight!
We have our state convention in about one week, on Saturday, September 19th,
from 9 to 5,
(Maybe hearing that song title, do some of you hear that cool Dolly Parton
song in your head? Do you know all the words? Is it Karaoke time?)
If you have not yet registered for the National Federation of the Blind of
Montana state annual convention, here is the link for you to use, and right
away.
They tell me that pre-registration expires on Tuesday, September 15.
Take a good look at the posted draft agenda. And you will not want to miss
it! I'm just saying!
Our national representative is Norma Crosby of the Texas affiliate. She is a
wonderful speaker. It will be great to have her with us, as well as all of
the other participants, including you!

The time and date of the next at large Treasure State chapter meeting is
this.
Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 6:00 in the evening.
I'd like to explore our chapter meetings being held using the new Zoom
client meeting service.
It can be experienced by either a pc or a telephone.
In any case, I do hope that all of you can call in. So that each of us can
catch up, participate, and join in on the conversation topics. Be sure and
bring a topic with you. It might just be the thing that everyone else has
been hoping to talk about.
If you would like to be a participant in a practice Zoom meeting prior to
the convention, send me an email, and I will put you on the list of
invitees, should we get one together.
Thanks so much.
Please do stay safe. Your health is a priority.
I am tired of hearing the term challenging times. But oh well. It is
probably a time when euphinisms are okay.
