Ted,

I am trying to talk Benetech into two free memberships to Bookshare, which
is worth $50 times two. However, because can already get free Bookshare
memberships through the Office for Special Education Programs (OSEP) and
this is easy, I wanted to only have non-students eligible. Also, I would not
want to waste these on people who would not use them.

I was thinking that during my Bookshare presentation, we could hold a
special door prize. People can opt in with the restrictions I outline, and
we pick two from that group.

What do you think? I still need to get the OK from the folks at Bookshare.

Best
George

Subject: [NFBMT] Convention door prizes

Greetings,

Our NFB of MT state convention is coming up September 25 and
we want to give out door prizes to those that participate. (It will be via
ZOOM.

Therefore, we are asking you to provide a door prize or two
or even 3 or 4 to make it really beneficial. Since there will be no hotel
or travel costs, how about putting this "savings" into some gift cards.

If you want, send the funds to me and I will purchase cards
for you. (Our credit Union charges $3 per card to purchase.)

So, how about it. I'll be looking for your questions, cards
or checks for this worthy cause,.

Sincerely,

Ted Robbins, NFB of MT Treasurer and co chair for convention door prizes.
