[NFBMT] HB 455 Dies

Hi All,

HB 455, a state bill that would have made it much more difficult to vote
absentee died in a legislative committee.  This is good news for us because
the bill singled out voters with disabilities from absentee voting, and this
would have placed unnecessary barriers between blind Montanans and our right
