[NFBMT] HB 455 Dies

Joy's link works great.  Neither of mine did.

Joy, can you tell us how to insert a link properly?  My method is to go to
the address bar in a web browser, copy the URL, and then paste it into an
e-mail.  It looks as though the links I cut and pasted are broken into
parts, probably because the length of the link exceeds the line length for
my e-mail.  Sure would love to know how to do it properly.  Thanks!

That is good news. Making it harder to vote is terrible policy in any side
