[NFBMT] Allen Harris

I am sad to pass along the news that Allen Harris passed away last week,
just a few weeks after the death of his wife, Joy Harris.  His funeral
information is below.  Allen was a leader in the NFB, a man with lots of
heart and a big voice.  Rest in peace, my friend.
