I have been remiss in getting out the Presidential release notices to everyone. I don't have everyone's email, so I'll try to make sure they get to as many people as possible. Chapter presidents, some of whose emails I do not have, please make sure your chapters are aware of these. For those who may not know, Presidential releases are monthly updates in which our National President Mark A. Riccobono highlights the current activities of the National Federation of the Blind. They are shared with every chapter of the organization, and available in English, Spanish, on YouTube, and as a text transcript in both languages. You can subscribe to the English and Spanish versions of the presidential release via your podcast client by searching for "National Federation of the Blind." March 2026 President Mark Riccobono encourages all to attend the national convention in Austin, Texas, and emphasizes the importance of membership in setting the organization's priorities and policies. He also announces a survey that will be distributed to new members to gather feedback on the onboarding process. He provides legislative updates following the Washington Seminar. He concludes with Federation family news and his customary closing remarks. * Presidential Release #558, March 2026 (Audio for Chapters) February 2026 President Mark Riccobono recaps our week of advocacy at the NFB Washington Seminar and shares highlights from his trip to the World Blind Union meeting, underscoring the Federation's influence among blind organizations worldwide. He also includes his opening remarks from the Great Gathering-In, emphasizing the importance of the 2026 NFB Washington Seminar for blind Americans. He concludes with Federation family news and his customary closing remarks. * Presidential Release #557, February 2026 (Audio for Chapters) Joy Breslauer, First Vice President National Federation of the Blind of Montana Web Site: http://www.nfbofmt.org Live the life you want The National Federation of the Blind is a community of members and friends who believe in the hopes and dreams of the nation's blind.
