[NFBMV] Minutes for October, 8 Meeting

Hello everyone, please find the minutes attached.  Please let members of
the nominating committee know if you wish to run for a position.  I do plan
to run for secretary again.  As it currently stands, we will not have a
meeting in November because of the state convention.  Stay tuned for
details about our Christmas party!
