[NFBMV] Visual-tech CCTV

The chapter has received a donation of a Visual-tech viewer CCTV system.  This device was donated by a daughter of someone who has passed away.  The viewer is an older model probably at least 25 years old and is black and white only.  It is not a flat screen monitor so the system is quite bulky, but seems to work well.  If you may be in need of such a device or perhaps know of someone who could benefit from this device please let me know.
