To all of those who may be offended, the intent of repetition of information is not to confuse or dismay anyone.

There were two members  Who needed clarification and it would have been done even if one member needed clarification to provide as much information as possible to ensure that everyone gets where they are going at the correct address and at the correct time

 This can happen when we change venues. Do you remember we have three telephone ambassadors also who will ensure that every member has the correct address and time of the next meeting

Even if they cannot ensure that every member will get their message  

With email the Miami Valley lipservice and the telephone ambassadors everyone should have the correct information if this annoys anyone please accept my apologies and for those that it will benefit thank you very much peace

With all due respect, there's already been several emails out about it. The message you keep sending out has the wrong address. It's 2008 Wyoming St., not 208 Wyoming St. We need to be careful about these kinds of things or else tons of people are going to show up at the wrong address.

We, as do most Dayton Metro Library locations, do have a community board in the East branch where we can display community events which you are welcome to drop off a flyer for us to display on said community board. You can also email the flyer to me as an attachment and I can post it here and send it to the other libraries in the area to consider for posting as well.
