[NFBMV] Correction in Minutes

[Robert Spangler]

Hello all, in the minutes I sent you for the September meeting, I wrote that
the chapter covered registrations and banquet costs for convention.  We
covered the cost of the banquet for 9 members, not registration.  I've
corrected the minutes to reflect this and they are attached.
