Included in the body of this email is the paperwork authorizing the use of Shull Gate park by the chapter.  I don’t know if anyone will even check but this will provide proof of reservation regardless of who may be at the shelter at any one time.

Guidelines: 
1. 
It is the responsibility of the renter to see that the shelter is clean, and in the same condition it was received, at end of rental. Renter may be held
liable for damages which occur during reservation time. All shelters are maintained by the City of Huber Heights. 
2. 
Please use this agreement as your proof of rental should someone else be using the shelter when you arrive. 
3. 
Reservation fees are non refundable, however reservation dates may be transferred by contacting the Huber Heights YMCA. All transfer dates will be scheduled
based on shelter availability for the same calendar year as the original reservation. 24 hour advance notice is required to be eligible for a shelter transfer.

Park users must adhere to all applicable City of Huber Heights Codified Ordinances, State and Federal laws.
