Sent from my iPhone greetings members of the Miami Valley chapter, we had a great annual picnic yesterday. I’d like to send thank you‘s to, Amy Bannano for coordinating this year‘s annual picnic. And her friends Sue, Stephanie, and Colleen for assisting Amy. The weather was very conducive and we had a great time. Shrley mcdowell joined us andRobbie‘s mom brought her special sweet treat, and Wanda had jambalaya and her grocery game went over very very well. All members present contributed to the picnic 
Elicia, Terri Moore, daughter was present with her mom it was great to see her
Now, we must focus on our business meeting to be held Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Christ Episcopal Church. I will have information available regarding our trips to Strongsville Ohio for our November 1-4 conference. I will have information regarding Greyhound bus trips round trip tickets, which are subject to change. Van information, etc. If you have not done so, please make your reservations for the holiday inn, Strongsville Ohio Cleveland area today. You will need a credit card to hold the room, your credit card we are not be charged until you arrive. Do not wait, the lock  for the room rate of $82 plus tax, we’ll end on October 11, 2018.
October meeting we will be meeting at the YWCA for our food giveaway for meet the blind month, vice President Janine Pickens will be coordinating this event information will be forthcoming each month. Also, our partnership with Goodwill Easter Seals vision fair Will be held in October at Goodwill Easter Seals. We have lots to do.
For those that are interested. My blindness and me, support group will have the following speakers: Tuesday, August 14, 2018 1 PM to 3 PM Goodwill Easter Seals: the Ohio civil rights commission.
Tuesday, September 12, 2018 from 1 PM to 3 PM Goodwill Easter Seals, we will have the area on aging. Any questions please give me a call Dr. Carolyn Peters 937-657-5134

Please keep in mind prayers for Mr. art Fabian, art in the rain provided tandem bike rides for us at the annual picnic. Art slipped and had a fall with his bike. Please lift them up in prayer he was not seriously hurt from what I understand but I’m sure he’s very sore.
He and his wife support us every year they are available with tandem bike rides. Thanks sincerely
