Robby, I agree we should just eat and fellowship.  I think this is just a chat and chew not a Normal meeting, but the president can advise. I think if you review the constitution the quorum may be less than you are saying it is. I hope this helps again Dr. Peters will let us know.

Are we planning on this being a business meeting?  My personal opinion is that we should not handle business at this meeting due to its short notice.  Also we must have a quorum which in our case is more than half of 21.
