[NFBMV] Picnic

The issue is that we have one person saying the picnic is on August 11 
at the park in Huber Heights off Shull Road, without giving the time and 
specific name of the park. Then someone responds with the name of the 
park, which is helpful.  So now we have this information spread across 
multiple emails.  What we need is someone to write it all out -- the 
name of the park, the date and the time, so that it's all in one place.  
So, currently, I have:

Now, can I please get the time?  I will create a Facebook event once I 
have the time.


Amy, I am going to suggest to you that in addition to calling people, 
ask on this list for folks to respond with what they are going to 
bring.  So if people have told you on the phone what they are bringing, 
start a message to this list telling us who is bringing what then ask 
folks to reply to that message with what they will bring.  Some folks 
who were not available via phone will be on this list and vice versa.
