menu items and who's volunteered to bring what:

amy-mashed potatoes

chicken from krogers, fried and baked

terri-gallon of beverage and rolls

wanda-rolls

pat-gallon of beverage

Rachel-rolls

 

decorations-Sheila and Gary, the committee leaves the creativity up to you

 

music-Rachel is the dis jockey

 

time-1 to 3

 

place-regular meeting location

 

please, for those bringing gallon beverages please refrigerate them and or bring them already chilled; more gallon beverages are needed

 

silverwear, plates,cups and napkins are already in place

 

for all bringing food items please keep in mind that the kitchen will not be at our disposal thus all need to bring their necessary utensils etc.
