Welcome: Dr. Peters
Introduction of new visitors: Dr. Peters, we are expecting 3 to 4 new visitors.
Introduction of members present: Robbie Spangler secretary will take names of all members present and visitors
Prayer and moment of silence for others: Amy Bannano, Chaplin
Secretaries report is May old and or summary, Robbie Spangler secretary
Treasurers report: Tim Jannings treasurer
Convention report: two minutes per person who would like to report on training and education opportunities at the state convention.
Holiday Kari in committee report: Janine Pickens, Vice President

Meet the blind month report: Janine Pickens vice president community service event, radio interview, President Richard payne.
Vision Sarah, Goodwill Easter Seals, Gary Williams program cheer.
Nominating committee introduction: Tim Jannings cheer.
Presidential release: Robbie Spangler, secretary.
