[NFBMV] Fwd: Money

I think in order for me to give a full opinion the names of the 
individuals need to be included as well.  Are these the same folks who 
went to the national convention?  It may be more respectful to send this 
out to the board only.  As I have explained in the past, I am against 
funding the same people to go to convention every year.  In fact, I am 
against our chapter funding folks to go to conventions at all; the state 
has a scholarship program for this purpose and we should be donating to 
that instead.  I understand that certain repeat beneficiaries of this 
funding might not be happy, but it would give folks who have not had a 
chance to go an opportunity.
