If you have not paid your eight dollars dues for 2019 please pay them to the treasurer now.
Minutes: Robbie Spangler, secretary summary of minutes provided in December 2018 or as written and emailed.
Treasures report: Tim jenning, summary of treasures report provided in December 2018, summary or as emailed
Committees: please identify the committee you would like to work with this upcoming year. Fundraising, membership, community service, s special a Vance: spaghetti/lasagna annual fundraising dinner to be held May 11, 2019,, Chapter picnic to be held Saturday, August 10, 2019, and Christmas celebration December 14, 2019.
Karen Warner, vice president will discuss ideas for the upcoming new year. Robbie Spangler, Secretary will talk about gavel reports by laws etc., Members need to ask any questions of board members please ask them, do not hesitate, we want you to communicate.
Let the board know what ideas you may have for a have for the upcoming year through committee or special event.

Announcements: we have lost two members , Martha Calwin, And Betty Boles and Sheila Hardy -Wilson‘s mother passed Miss Macy meeting tickets for spaghetti lasagna dinner will be made during the month of February and distribute it to members by March 9 meeting, Each member should be responsible for at least five tickets. We only had four individual members who sold 20+ tickets last year. Also, April meeting will be announced, please think about meeting at the library downtown? Kettering Library? Or Kettering cafeteria? Your desire.
