Spaghetti dinner fundraiser coordinator: Sheila Hardy -Wilson and Committee. Sheila will explain the fundraising activity for May 11, 2019. She will have tickets to disburse to every member we need everyone to participate donate for this important fundraiser. We will meet briefly after the chapter meeting at 2:30 PM until 2:45 PM to go over all the donations need it if you Per furred to donate cash for items please bring your money with you at this meeting in April meeting and Sheila can purchase items when she goes to the grocery store. Or you can deliver your items to Sheila‘s home. We do not have a storage unit so we can not keep anything at the church.
1:30 PM promptly, Dr. Peters will introduce our guest speaker Mr. John  Hoff, Greater Dayton regional transit Authority he will share the changes that have taken place with our TA. He will present for 20 minutes and 10 to 15 minutes for questions and answers. Our meeting will resume at 2:15 PM we will discuss membership and talk about coins that will be given to every member by national office. We need to discuss recruitment as well.
Robbie will play the presidential release for us if there is not time to hear the entirety of the presidential release please remember you can get it online each month please listen to it.
2:30 PM Sheila will speak more on the fundraising dinner and everyone can tell her what they desire to bring or give her cash to purchase items for you.


Just to note: I have a few pig is raffle tickets left, they are five dollars each you have the chance to win $5000 and your charity.
Tim Jannings, treasurer, has agreed to coordinate the August picnic. If you have any ideas please share them with Tim.
Karen Warner and Dr. Peters are working on the June informational, we will share more details at the April meeting

We have a lot of activities before us and a lot of work to do we need all hands on board. Please save your cash money, and make your donations.
Janine Pickens will coordinate the community event for the month of October and we need someone to coordinate the holiday fest Tivitt he‘s in December. Please be thinking of how you would like to participate.
