[NFBMV] Email Etiquette

Hello, this is just to remind folks of a few email etiquette rules. The
one I notice broken on here the most is folks responding to an email and
writing about something totally unrelated to that email. This is referred
to as thread hijacking, and can result in your message not being seen.
When I read email, I determine by the subject line whether I am interested
in opening it or not. If you reply and write about a completely different
topic, I may miss your message if I've determined that I am not opening any
messages of a particular subject line. Plus, it's just inconsiderate. Let
me know if this requires further clarification.

Also, any personal questions, such as those relating to your membership,
the receipt of your coin, etc should be emailed to any member of the board
privately. These are not appropriate for a public mailing list. Any
membership records-related questions should actually come to me, since I am
the one submitting membership data to the national office, but contacting
any board member would be acceptable as they will forward your message to
the appropriate individual.

Thanks,
Robby
