chair for the Miami Valley chapter.</SPAN></P>
<P class=p1><SPAN class=s1>Sheila Wilson Harty, is the chair for the lasagna and
spaghetti dinner to be held Saturday, May 13, 2017 12 noon until 3:30
PM</SPAN></P>

<P class=p1><SPAN class=s1>Her kitchen committee only: Sheila Wilson Harty, Joel
E Carson, Carolyn Peters, and Janine Pickens.</SPAN></P>
<P class=p1><SPAN class=s1>At this meeting Sheila will determine who will help
set up and those members will be able to come in at 11:30 AM. Also, we must have
a cleanup crew to make sure everything is the way we found it.</SPAN></P>
<P class=p1><SPAN class=s1>As Sheila discussed in our March meeting there are
specific things we would like to have donated cakes only from members. That's
the only dessert we wish to serve at this dinner, remember we have Limited time
available for customers to come in and out.</SPAN></P>
<P class=p1><SPAN class=s1>It is imperative that we are organized because of the
constraints of time. We wanted to be a success we are not trying to give orders
and commands to anyone we just want the operation to move smoothly and without
misunderstanding.</SPAN></P>
<P class=p1><SPAN class=s1><SPAN class=Apple-converted-space> </SPAN>So
anyone who wishes to participate please join this call. Already, a new member
has volunteered to be a part of this committee please thank Amy BAnano, and a
visitor Noris Megraw first time visitor, offered his services. Wanda sloan has
contributed to the flyer and making publicity calls for us. There is room for
all of us to do something please come to the meeting and let us know what it is
you would like to do, four instance Tim jenning and Karen Warner will collect
fans at the door, Shrley mcdowell will be a greeter at the door. Everyone can be
a server or an ambassador at a table and talk about NFB and the benefits of
being a member not just fellowship but resources programs training and
education.</SPAN></P>
