Hello Jamie!

 

I'm contacting you about two exciting events the Nebraska Recycling Council is hosting this summer!   We'd kindly ask if you would be willing to share the following information with your network/community. 

 

The Nebraska Recycling Council is hosting two FREE durable medical equipment collection and rehome events this summer in Lincoln and Scottsbluff, Nebraska. We hope to assist the disability community of Nebraska while also diverting waste from the landfill, recycling as much as we can and rehoming equipment that is still in good condition.

We have created two facebook events ( <https://www.facebook.com/nebraskarecyclingcouncil> https://www.facebook.com/nebraskarecyclingcouncil) and are currently posting on social media weekly about these events, if you'd like to share with your social media followers. I have also attached promotional flyers that you are free to distribute. 

 

ALSO: we are offering FREE equipment moving assistance for both the Lincoln and Scottsbluff events. This assistance is limited! You only need to submit a form, outlining what equipment they have to donate and where it is located.

This series of events is funded by the Nebraska Environmental Trust. We are thankful for our partners: Assistive Technology Partnership, Independence Rising, Keep Scottsbluff Gering Beautiful, Keep Omaha Beautiful and City of Kearney. We will be hosting events in Kearney and Omaha in 2025.
