Oscar was a former scholarship winner from Omaha. Below is his obituary information. He loved being the life of the party and had a contagious smile that could brighten any room. In his spare time, Oscar enjoyed watching WWE, collecting Hot Wheels, and building LEGO creations.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>Oscar cherished time spent with his family and friends, who meant everything to him. He also spent meaningful time at the Commission for the Blind, where he formed some of his most treasured friendships.
