| A new National Federation of the Blind (NFB) Scholarship for blind
students,<br>
| pursuing a secondary education, is being established in the memory of a
dear<br>
| friend of mine, Larry Streeter, by his wife, Sandy, and their
daughters,<br>
| Erin and Jennifer. Larry and Sandy were instrumental in
furthering the<br>
| cause of NFB principles wherever they lived, and served in many
leadership<br>
| positions. Larry earned his Doctorate in Education
Administration, a few<br>
| years back, and worked tirelessly to ensure quality education for blind
and<br>
| disabled children, inside and outside the classroom.<br>
| <br>
| It is Sandy's desire to offer a scholarship to deserving college-bound
blind<br>
| students in the amount of, at least, $5,000, and is inviting family
members,<br>
| friends, colleagues, and our friends to contribute to a special fund to
make<br>
| this annual, memorial scholarship happen. The Streeter Family
values<br>
| education, and Sandy and her daughters want to carry on Larry's legacy
of<br>
| promoting higher education that will assist blind students to elevate
their<br>
| quality of life, equipping them to be active, productive
participants in<br>
| their family, community, and the workplace.<br>
| <br>
| Please consider how you may be a part of this wonderful opportunity
to<br>
| invest in the future of blind recipients granted assistance to reach
their<br>
| secondary education goals through the Larry Streeter Memorial
Scholarship.<br>
| I know that Sandy, Erin, and Jennifer will be very grateful, and Larry

| To ensure that I pass on accurate information to you, Mr. Travis
Allen,<br>
| Idaho Falls Chase Bank Branch Manager, verified that contributions may
be<br>
| given by stopping at your local Chase Bank, by calling the branch in
Idaho<br>
| Falls, or by mail. If possible, please deposit your seed
contribution by<br>
| October 31, 2011, so the initial amount of the scholarship can be<br>
| established for application distribution purposes, beginning November,
2011.<br>
| However, a contribution may be made at any time.<br>
| Note: Jennifer Sydlk is not the Streeter's daughter, and Sydlk,
is spelled<br>
| correctly.<br>
