policies and legislation that emphasize positive attitudes, high
expectations and a belief in blind individuals to live full, productive
and independent lives. The National Association of Blind
Rehabilitation Professionals also encourages research into rehabilitation
issues and practices that will lead to more effective strategies to make
the dreams of blind people a reality.<br><br>
