Greetings Fellow Federationists:<br>

The Bid for Equality team is sending out a shout of encouragement.
Get your packages in to the National Office (attention Raquel Minwell) by
October 31, 2014. We want to have time to get our wonderful
packages organized and ready to present for our second annual online
auction. Contact your local hotels and entertainment venues and ask
them to donate to our effort. We raised over $10,000 last
year. Let’s try and exceed that amount with our fabulous auction
items.<br>

packages. <br>

In this email I have also included the following two documents:<br>
<br>
1. The National auction letter- This is the template donation letter you
can use to help you solicit donations from local businesses. It has our
tax ID, contact info, info about the NFB etc.. <br>
<br>
2. Package details guide- This is a letter to the affiliates to help
guide them in the direction of creating a desirable package. It includes
info on what we are looking for (and what we cannot accept), examples of
rock star packages from last year, stats on what kind of packages did
well etc.. It also includes some logistical info as well. By this I am
referring to things to keep in mind when acquiring packages and how to
submit your materials. <br>

Please note that we are looking to receive completed packages. We ask
that you collect all aspects of your package and send them to us at one
time rather than piece by piece. <br>
<br>
Our team will be calling everyone in the next couple of days to see if
you have any further questions regarding the process.<br>
