<p class="MsoNormal">This email is to update you on the ongoing phone system outage at the Jernigan Institute in Baltimore. Phone service is still degraded at this time. Our service provider is working through multiple solutions to get service restored. We
are simultaneously pursuing a workaround of our own for the phone system as well and hope to have everything working again as soon as possible.
