<p class="MsoNormal">The following survey will help improve Amazon improve the accessibility of the Amazon Prime Video Streaming service. Amazon is continuing to expand their library of Audio described movies and TV Shows and your feedback on this survey will
ensure we provide high quality audio described content. The survey is open to the following:<o:p></o:p></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">You must be 18 years or older.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Must use a streaming video service like Amazon Prime Video or Netflix.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Must have watched an audio described movie or television show within the last month.
