<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">My name is Harrison Cole and I’m a PhD student in the Department of Geography at Penn State. I’m looking for people who would like to contribute to a study that I’m doing on
 using tactile maps to make natural disaster planning more accessible. The goal is to determine how tactile maps can be used for evaluating flood damage risk. My hope is that this research will help to make tactile maps become a standard and convenient part
 of natural disaster planning.<br>

 I will then send you a set of two tactile maps and a link to an online survey. You will use the maps to solve challenges that you might encounter in a disaster planning scenario. The maps use braille, but knowledge of braille is not required to participate.
 Through the survey, you'll let me know how satisfied you were with using the maps to solve those challenges. The whole process should take around an hour to complete, and you will be given $20 upon completion to compensate you for your time and as gratitude
 for your contributions.<br>
