<p class="x-scope" style="background:white"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">We are asking blind and low-vision adults to participate in a research project entitled “Socioeconomic Disparities in Adaptive Sports.” The
purpose of this study is to determine if barriers to adaptive sports participation disproportionately affect<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>people based on socioeconomic factors. You are being asked to complete an anonymous questionnaire about
your disability, socioeconomic<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>factors, and your opinions regarding adaptive sports participation.<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>The<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>survey should take approximately
5 minutes.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
