<h2><b>Research Title: Research on Addressing Health Disparities in
Mental Health Services for the Disability
Community</b></h2> <br><br>
Being conducted by: University of Colorado Springs, Colorado

Purpose of the Study</b></h2>We hope to learn about the experiences
people with disabilities have encountered in mental health spaces. The
goal is to develop training for mental health practitioners so they are
able to competently work with people with disabilities and to reduce
ableism amongst mental health professionals.<br><br>
<h2><b> <br><br>

Role of the Participants and Anticipated Length of the Study </b></h2>The
study would be less than a 3 hour commitment. <br><br>
<br><br>
Once interested participants email us, we will coordinate a time to do
schedule a brief 10-15 minute screening call, have the screening call,
send them the online survey, and have a 60-90 minute virtual interview.
They will then get compensated with a $50 gift card.<br><br>
