Patient portal is a secure website or mobile app from your healthcare provider. It lets you see your test results, read visit notes, send messages to your provider, and manage your health information online. As patient portals have become central to health information delivery, it is critical to understand whether BLV patients can meaningfully access and engage with medical imaging results that are increasingly presented in digital formats. This study employs an explanatory sequential mixed-methods design, in which quantitative data are collected and analyzed first, followed by quantitative data collection to further explain and contextualize the quantitative findings.

Role of the Participants and Anticipated Length of the Study

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete, and NFB members' experiences and honest feedback are very important to us.
