[NFBNJ-Capital-Chapter] ATAA HR 431 Potential Support

Greetings Capital Chapter Members:

I received a call on Monday from Rep. Bonnie Watson-Coleman's Office which
indicated that the Congresswoman is considering Co-Sponsoring the Accessible
Technology Affordability Act HR 431.

If Rep. Watson-Coleman Co-Sponsors the measure, New Jersey will have half
the Delegation in the House supporting the measure.

As of June 1, 2021, President Riccobono said that the NFB has 86 Members of
the House and 20 U.S. Senators supporting this measure.

The goal is to have 25% of the House (109 Representatives) and 25 Senators
by the time of the National Convention.
