We will conclude the 2018 rideshare testing on December 31 and will begin 
the 2019 testing on January 1.

Please continue to encourage everyone in your network who travels with a 
service animal to complete a survey every time they use Uber or Lyft. 
Consider using the following social media messaging to reach potential 
testers via Twitter, Facebook, and your affiliate's listserv.


*        Give the gift of your opinion this holiday season by filling out 
our rideshare survey! https://nfb.org/rideshare-test

*        We can't all have a private sleigh and a team of reindeer to get 
from place to place this holiday season, but we do have Uber and Lyft. If 
you use these companies to travel with your service animal, let us know how

*        Tell us if Uber and Lyft have been naughty or nice this year. Our 
rideshare survey asks about service animal users' positive and negative
