Today, Monday May 14, 2018 I attended the monthly New Jersey Transit
Citizen’s Advisory Council meeting where Access Link has confirmed that any
certified client transported to either of the two customer forums are
guaranteed a ride back to their pick up location regardless of their local
fixed bus route time schedule. The Access Link representative strongly
urged the ridership to attend because they will discuss the possible
implementation of new policies, procedures and reducing the window time to
30 minutes. Let’s have our voices heard by participating in these forums.
