Subject: Affordable Housing Alert!

The Nest,  located at 1070 River Road, New Milford in Bergen County is 
accepting applications for affordable rental units. Please submit a 
preliminary application at 
www.affordablehomesnew<http://www.affordablehomesnew> jersey.com to join the 
New Milford affordable housing waiting list by February 14, 2020. 
Prospective renters will be selected via a random lottery drawing.  If you 
do not have an email address or need assistance in completing the 
application, please call 664-2769 ext. 5.

There will be four new affordable units available in winter 2020; The rents, 
not including utilities will be:
One 2 bedroom apartment: $510 per month (For very low income dwellers)
Two 2 bedroom apartments $1,153 per month (For moderate income dwellers)
One 3 bedroom apartment $1,073 per month (For low income)

Unit amenities include: Central air conditioning; dishwasher; washer & 
dryer; stainless steel kitchen appliances; granite counter tops and island.
Complex amenities include: Elevator and wheelchair accessible; Exercise 
room; community room and resident lounge
$100 additional fee per parking spot
Pets are not allowed
This is a smoke free complex
Although any income eligible households may apply current residents and 
individuals working in Bergen, Hudson, Passaic and Sussex counties will be 
considered first.
