Thank you to our panelists, Kelly Boyd and Sherlock Washington. Kelly Boyd
is the Access and Functional Needs Planner for the New Jersey Office of
Emergency Management.  Kelly discussed the steps low vision individuals
should take to prepare for an emergency and about the program Register
Ready. Sherlock Washington is an expert in adaptive technology and an
advocate for those with vision loss.  Sherlock is the founder of Adaptive
Technologies Foundation Inc. which is a nonprofit agency that helps people
who are blind and visually impaired to maintain independence.
