[NFBNJ] Important and Time Sensitive: Help us all be better informed about NJ’s services to our blindness community

Greetings all,



As you likely know, our NFBNJ 2021 State Convention will include
presentations from three top officials whose actions can affect all of us.
In addition to Dr. Bernice Davis, Executive Director and Charles "Pat"
McKenna JD, Assistant Director both of the NJ Commission for the Blind and
Visually Impaired, our Friday morning agenda includes Dr. Elisa Neira,
Deputy Commissioner, New Jersey Department of Human Services of the state
Department of Human Services which oversees the CBVI.


In order to make the most of this opportunity to hear from these officials,
we invite you to submit questions for possible consideration during this
panel discussion.  Just a few parameters:


   1. Questions must be of wider interest and not address your (or someone
   else’s) specific case;
   2. The questions must be received no later than Wednesday, October 6 at
   5 p.m.
   3. Send your questions to:.

With your input, this convention session can be as informative as possible,
covering issues and topics YOU want to hear about.
