Thank you Linda for sending this information about Joe’s death to us. He was an outstanding Federationist and a kind gentleman. On behalf of our Central Florida Chapter, and our Communities of Faith Committee, I extend our thoughts and prayers to Ms. Judy and the entire Ruffalo family. His leadership was an example for all of us to follow.
