Thank you for sharing this information. My condolences go to his  family and the NF B of New Jersey family.

I met Joe during a South Carolina state convention and his speech, kind words and loving spirit truly touched  me and still stays with me to this day. he will be truly missed but his  loving and caring impact Will live forever
