[NFBNJ] Urgent Convention News: Now is the time to make your hotel reservations!

Greetings all,

The NFBNJ Board of Directors listened to your requests for an in-person
state convention this year and we have been working for months on planning
this spectacular event.  We committed to a reduced number of room
reservations per night then in the past  feeling these numbers were
obtainable since many wanted an in-person convention.

Regrettably, only about 23 individuals have made hotel reservations. I
understand others may still be planning on making reservations and I urge
you to do so sooner rather than later.

Unless approximately twenty-five additional room reservations are booked in
the next seven to ten days I will need to inquire about the cost of
cancelling our contract. The goal is to limit the cost to our affiliate.

Please if you want an in-person convention then help us meet the
requirements of room reservations and food & beverage minimum.
