Researchers believe that power stems from people's ability to make the best
choice for themselves when equipped with the right knowledge and information.
Hence, knowledge is power because it has the tremendous capacity to empower
people with informed judgement.

This month’s panelists will be individuals who represent a blend of
interests and perspectives. They will provide information on cost saving
and quality of life resources such as the Affordable Connectivity Program,
Personal Assistance Services Program (PASP), the Support Specialist Program
for people who are deafblind, and the AccessLink/UBER ride-sharing pilot
program. There will also be information on upcoming free cultural events,
accessible theater performances, parenting and grand-parenting with a
visual impairment, men’s health initiatives and LGBTQ+ Pride in the blind,
deaf-blind and visually impaired community.

*CALL IN: 1-888-808-6929 / ACCESS CODE: 4095066#*
