Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain
better physical and mental health outcomes, so that instead of just
surviving, you're thriving.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. This year’s theme is: You are More
Than Enough!

May is also, Older Americans’ Month. This year’s theme is: Aging Unbound!

This month’s panelists will speak to both of these themes by providing
information on hope, wellness and inclusion. The presentations will include
the physical and emotional benefits derived from having a healthy
relationship with one’s self as well as others; breast cancer awareness for
all genders; the impact food has on your mental health and participation in
exercising and other physical activities for all ages.
